Chicken Strip Alfredo

Ingredients

  • SuperChick Chicken Strips (about 5-6 strips)
  • Fettuccine pasta (8 ounces)
  • Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Method

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente (usually around 8-10 minutes).
  2. In a separate saucepan, heat the Alfredo sauce over medium-low heat. If using store-bought sauce, follow the package instructions.
  3. Place the cooked chicken strips in a microwave-safe dish and heat them in the microwave until they are warmed through.
  4. Add the warmed chicken strips to the heated Alfredo sauce and stir to coat the chicken. Add the drained fettuccine pasta to the sauce and chicken mixture. Gently toss everything together to ensure the pasta and chicken are well coated with the Alfredo sauce.
  5. Divide the Chicken Strip Alfredo among serving plates or bowls. Sprinkle-grated Parmesan cheese over the top of each serving. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
